So many of you have asked how you can help.

There are many opportunities to volunteer.

If you are interested in being a part of the festival, please consider volunteering.  Here are just some of the volunteer tasks: 

We Want You!

Community Breakfast

Three (3) opportunities to volunteer; no special skills required:

  • Friday afternoon, 3pm at the Community Hall:  Prepping food and kitchen for Saturday morning.

  • Saturday morning, 8am - 11am at the Community Hall: General breakfast work: mixing pancake batter, clearing tables, making coffee, etc.

  • Sunday morning, 8am - 11am at the Community Hall: General breakfast work: mixing pancake batter, bussing tables, making coffee, etc.

Live Auction Spotter

Saturday evening, 6:30pm - 8:00pm on the main stage. No special skills required.

  • Watch for bidders in the audience area

  • Signal the auctioneer when a bid is made

Benefits:  Being right in the middle of the action

Souvenir Booth

Wanted:  People with people skills to help sell souvenirs (t-shirts, hats, bandannas, wrist bands, etc.) to help the Village of Yellow Pine. Must be able to count change, engage in conversation, joke, tease,etc.
Benefits: Best seats in the street for hearing the music, flexible hours (2 hour shifts or negotiable), all the water you can drink, ability to meet new people and see old friends.

Friday beginning at 10 am through Saturday evening at 9pm

Selling Raffle Tickets

Need 4 to 6 people to work a two hour shift either Friday evening and/or Saturday evening.  Ability to make change required.

  • Walk through the crowd selling raffle tickets to raise funds

Benefit: Meet great new friends while supporting the festival!

Be An Announcer

Be the center of attention as you announce performers and festival information from the stage.  All announcement information is provided in written form; ad lib and enjoy the crowd!
