Opening Soon.

  • Thank you for your interest in joining us at the 2026 Yellow Pine Harmonica Festival. The 2025 Festival drew over 4,000 attendees! To be considered as a vendor at the Festival, you must submit a completed application and pay the required application fee. Applications will be juried, and the application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are accepted, your application fee will be applied toward your booth fee. Application entries will be accepted February 1, 2026, through March 31, 2026. Jury decisions will be emailed to all applicants by April 15, 2026. All vendors are responsible for reviewing and complying with the rules outlined in this application and any vendor guidelines provided by the Vendor Coordinator.
  • Upon payment of the $25 application fee, you will be redirected to the application page to proceed.
  • If accepted, you will receive an acceptance email along with a link to pay your booth fee. The booth fee must be paid within 2 weeks of the invoice date. If it is not paid within that time, your application will be withdrawn, and the space will be offered to a vendor on the waitlist.
